Cerelac Cookies

Ingredients

200g Cerelac wheat(4 sachets)

  • 100g butter
  • 60g (1/2 cup) self raising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Step by step
  • Preparation

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°c)
    • Thoroughly beat brown sugar and butter together until smooth
    • Add 1 egg to butter mixture, beat in a little before beating in the second egg. Add vanilla essence and beat some more
    • Mix flour and CERELAC® wheat together in a bowl and add to the butter mixture. Keep mixing until it turns into a dough
    • Drop cookie dough on baking sheets using a tablespoon
    • Bake in preheated oven until browned (about 8 to 9 minutes). Allow cookies to cool completely and serve
    • Remaining portion can be stored in a cookie jar for 5 days
