Cerelac Scones

Ingredients
  • 200g CERELAC® Fruits (4 sachets)
  • 100 g self raising flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 50g butter
  • 25g caster sugar
  •  7 scoops of Nido1 + milk (mixed in 1 cup of lukewarm water)
  • 1 egg
Step by step
  • Preparation Cerelac Scones

    • Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C)
    • Mix the CERELAC Fruits, flour, salt and rub in the butter
    • Mix in the sugar and then the baby’s milk to get a soft dough. Turn on to floured work surface and knead very lightly.
    • Portion evenly into greased muffin pan cups and brush the top of the scones with the beaten eggs
    • Bake for 13 minutes or until well risen and golden.

    Do not keep unfinished portion
